My Story

Hi, my name is Jen! After years of dedicating my life to raising my two boys and working as a registered nurse, I found myself rediscovering my passions for travel, food, and connection. Between the demanding reality of my career and the sudden phase of empty nesting, I truly wanted to explore the world, give back, and be part of something bigger in this season of my life.

An opportunity to volunteer in Italy changed everything. While working alongside local residents, I formed connections with artisans and small business owners who poured their hearts into their craft. I started bringing home treasures from my travels — olive oil, sea salt, jam — simple but meaningful ways to share the unique flavors and stories of these places with family and friends. Before I knew it, people started requesting the olive oil, and what began as a heartfelt gesture turned into more olive oil than I could carry home.

My love for food is rooted in my Italian heritage. Growing up, the kitchen was always the heart of our home, filled with the rich traditions of cooking with my nanas, mom and aunts. Whether it was making meals on a hotplate in my dorm at Georgetown or exploring kitchens around the world during my travels, food has always been a thread that connects me to people and places.

After having children, I found nothing more joyful than baking and cooking for the neighborhood kids gathered around my table. Feeding others has always fed my soul. Now, I’m bringing that same love to a larger table — yours. My business was born from a desire to share the experiences, flavors, and traditions I’ve encountered on my travels. From my journey to your table, I hope to bring a little bit of the world — and a lot of love — into your home.
